We are sensitive to your security standards. In all our buildings, we follow procedures designed to provide maximum physical security of your building while we're working, and well as when we lock up and leave. Included on the janitor's nightly checklist are security procedures specific to each building. All employees are instructed in our company policies regarding security that include, but are not limited to:

  • American Cleaning employees are issued photo-ID badges and uniform shirts, clearly identifying them as our employees.

  • All American Cleaning employees have been fingerprinted and bonded

  • American Cleaning employees will not grant access to the building except to lifesaving (police/fire fighters) personnel.

  • Interior and exterior doors are to be secured while our personnel work in a building

  • The building alarm will be set to specifications

  • American Cleaning employees will follow all security procedures established for any particular building.
